CourtServe is a club app for booking courts, running clinics, and organizing teams and matches, operated by Jeff Prince, an individual (sole proprietor). By using CourtServe you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
CourtServe is available to invited club members. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your profile information accurate. Club administrators may manage memberships, courts, clinics, and teams.
Acceptable use
Use CourtServe only for club activities. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access other members’ accounts.
SMS terms: CourtServe match texts
- Program: “CourtServe match texts” sends match-availability requests before your scheduled team matches, plus replies confirming your answer. Example: “CourtServe: can you play Aces vs Net Gains (Sat, Oct 4 at 2:00 PM)? Reply Y (yes), N (no), or M (maybe). Reply STOP to opt out.” Messages are not marketing.
- Opt-in: you opt in yourself by entering your mobile number and turning on SMS on your Profile page; the switch is off until you turn it on. Club staff cannot opt you in. Consent is not a condition of membership or of using CourtServe. See how members opt in.
- Message frequency varies, typically one request per scheduled match plus confirmations of your replies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Replies: reply Y, N, or M to set your availability.
- Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You will receive one confirmation: “CourtServe: you’re unsubscribed from match texts and will get no more messages. Reply START to resume.” Reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe.
- Help: reply HELP or INFO for help, or email support@courtserve.app.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; it is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
AI assistant
The in-app assistant may make mistakes. Check important details such as reservation times before relying on them.

CourtServe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
